About Us

Arrowlytics provides a healthcare analytics dashboard of consolidated data that measures key performance indicators consisting of over 250 performance metrics, which are used to help medical practices run their business. Additionally, Arrowlytics provides consultative support to clients using the dashboard through our team of healthcare executives, surgeons, and business intelligence experts with a combined 250+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations. It was through their own experience that the founders recognized the need for an adaptive analytics tool which could support data driven decision making, encourage actual change and improve outcomes.

Steve Hendrick

Chief Executive Officer

Former COO and CIO of OrthoCarolina (2005-2014); former senior executive with several healthcare information technology and healthcare services firms including MED3000, Heritage Health Systems, United Medical Care and Medic Computer Systems (Misys) from (1989-2005). Steve received his degree in Computer Engineering from Forsyth College.

Richelle Cox

Chief Operating Officer

Former Director of Clinical Operations at OrthoCarolina (2011-2014); former Director of Performance Improvement at Piedmont Healthcare (2006-2011); former Director of Clinic Operations at Charlotte Orthopedic (2004-2006) and former IT Project Manager with Medic Computer Systems (Misys). Richelle received her BA degree from UNC-Wilmington.

Maureen Ruddy, FACHE

Regional Vice President of Client Operations

Former CAO and COO at OrthoVirginia (formerly Commonwealth Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation) from 2006-2017; former Assistant Administrator at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital (1989-1997); former Assistant Vice President at Williamsburg Community Hospital (1985-1988). Maureen received her master’s degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia and her BA from the University of Virginia

Pam Bobst

Regional Vice President of Client Operations

Former Manager of Managed Services at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute (2016-2019). Former Corporate Trainer at OrthoCarolina (2006-2015). Former Business Office Systems Administrator at OrthoCarolina (2001-2006).Pam has extensive experience with systems and operational implementations having participated in or lead the merger integration of 15+ groups in varying sizes. Pam attended Temple University and holds multiple healthcare certifications.

Neal Carnahan

Vice President of Practice Financial Management

Former Assistant Vice President for Atrium Health Medical Group (2007-2019) overseeing provider contracting, compensation modeling and related fair market value analysis; negotiated physician practice acquisitions and oversaw practice onboarding to Medical Group. Former controller for Jemsek Specialty Clinic (Infectious Disease) (2005-2007). Former Accounting Supervisor for Carolinas Physicians Network (1996-2005) overseeing accounting for multiple medical specialties. Neal possesses the unique ability to translate complex finance and accounting with physicians and operations team. Neal received his BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.

Eric Sellers

Vice President of Business Development and Sales

Former Director of Product Innovation & Sales Operations for Surescripts (2016–2020). Former VP of Acct. Management, SVP of Technology Group, President of CPU of MED3OOO/McKesson (2009–2016). Former executive and original stockholder of Medic Computer Systems/Misys Healthcare, now known as Allscripts (1982–2004).Eric has more than 35 years of experience as a senior healthcare information technology leader. He has held a series of executive positions with extensive experience in sales, M&A, partnership negotiations, strategic planning, and P&L management. Eric holds a degree in Business Administration from Barton College, where he currently serves as a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Board.

Tracey Cumberland

Senior Director of Client Operations

Former Area Practice Manager for HCA’s Northern Virginia employed physician practices. Former Director of Operations for OrthoVirginia. Former Assistant Director of Registration and Financial Services at Inova Health Systems. Tracey received her degree in Health Administration from George Mason University.
